rev limiter 428cj By Stuart Cofer - 01/06/2002 3:34:14 PM; IP 209.240.222.131 I have a 1970 428 cj 4-speed with a build date of 8-22-69.There is no rev limiter and no signs of one being there,no wires or holes in the fender apron.I have read in several places that it should have one but then several people have told me they never had one.What is the real story?
