Here’s a simple way to determine what engine family it is, count the valve cover bolts.

FE (352, 360, 390, 410, 427, 428) – 5

90*V (221, 260, 289, 302, 351W) – 6

385 Series (429, 460) – 7

335 Series (351C, 351M, 400) - 8
