69 S CODE in a Fastback

Hi, I bought an all original untouched 1969 "S" code Mustang fastback today with 62,000 miles. It has the premium burning 390 4V hooked up to a C-6. I looked at the exhaust manifolds and has 4 bolts for every hole. Is this normal for these engines. thought just 2 per cylinder. It has an autolite 4v carb. Also has a clutch fan. Again did these stangs get this option. It has the wrap around shock towers and a cover over the heater. I bought this off an estate deal and was wondering about it. The floors are rusty abit . would this be a good project or maybe part out. Some advice about these engines would help.
