I have had trouble in the past with factory style rockers backing off after a few thousand miles. My experience is that you can only adjust them once or twice and then it's time for oversize adjusters. Seems like Isky or Crane used to sell a Chrysler style adjuster screw assembly with a stop nut to cure this problem, I wonder if anyone on the FE Forum has bought any recently? Other possibilities would be a valve tip wearing or a cam that is going flat. What cam are you running James and what # valve springs? Royce Peterson
