The '66 428 specs were 345HP @ 4600 with a peak torque of 462 Ft-lbs @ 2800 for the standard engine and for the PI engine wiht the 427 solid lifter cam it was 360 HP @ 5400 and 459 Ft-lbs @ 3200.

The later ratings were made to improve class positioning for the NHRA racers and to reduce insurance costs.
