Dan,

Do you agree with Ray that "Block fill should be put in before any honing is done, no more than 2" from bottom of water jacket. "

I have never used block fill so I thought a second opinion might be good. I understand the pro is increased bottom end strength. The cons are hotter oil temp and I am not sure what else. Maybe prevents sleeving down the road?!?
