cam choices for '69 Mach 1 390?

I'm going to run a 390 with the following features and need help selecting a cam.
* 4spd cj close ratio
* 428 cj heads stock but milled
* Edelbrock Performer RPM
* 650 Holley ?
* .030 over block and stock bottom end

anyone with experience have any suggestions on what cams are good?

I was thinking maybe a crane 288-H but i don't know. Thanks for any advice!!
