You shouldn't have any problem if you use the E-brock carb spacer w/PVC vacuum source. Their valve covers allow for the use of a PCV valve too. I've never used the new Edelbrock valve covers for FE but I'm certain they come with a twist in or push in grommet that allows you to use a PCV from the right side.

I'm also certain that the Edelbrock water pump has accomodation for your heater hose too. What this new-style aluminum pump does not have is the stud for aligning your generator bracket. So you will have to switch & adapt to an alternator if you want to run the Edelbrock water pump. I think their catalog lists their water pump for '65 and later. This is the reason.
