Thanks a lot for the information, Royce. I agree with you on the porting concept. There is no sense in lowering the path the fuel takes. Out of curiosity, how much horsepower can I feasably make with a 390 with the C6AER heads w/ CJ valves and the MR intake for street/strip use? Is a 750 Holley a good carb for this setup? I have 10" wide cragars on my mustang with a wide ratio 4 speed and a 4.11 28 spline detroit locker rear. I plan on running a 30" tall slick at the track. Do you think this will be enough gear? Thanks again.
