well i had my manifold machined flat then i put a header gasket on it felpro makes a 16 bolt pattern gasket and tightened it down real good. You may want to find some locking bolts to make sure they don't walk loose. You could try using no gasket but i didn't want to take the chance of it leaking. I did put headers on my LT1 camaro and i used copper header gaskets and copper RTV silcone on it and i haven't had a leak yet and since that car has O2 sensors, it would of let me know i had a leak. |
