Knocking In A 428 CJ

How can you tell if it is a rod or main bearing problem? Have checked timing chain, compression, no metal in oil, changed pugs. It has 10.3:1 compression. Oil pressure is 10 - 20 psi at lowest. Hyd Crane cam. Very mild low, end torque, 0-5000RPM.
