What's a 1970 390 Worth?

I located a 390 car engine and may buy it for a project. It is sure to need a rebuild. Didn't knock when removed, but well worn. This is an original unopened engine. It has sat for a while now. Has a C6 bolted to it and has carb, distributor all accessories, pulleys and brackets. AC compressor and power steering pump are also on it. What is a good estimate on a price for it.
Thanks
