Unfortunatly the knock can be somthing that has not been discused before,wrist pin knock. This is what happens when the wrist pin keeper breaks or some how becomes loose causing the wrist pin to slide out of the piston and come in contact with the cylinder wall this will make a knocking noise . Agian the best thing you can do now is to take the motor down before what is causing the knock does more damage.
