64 galaxie Q-code in my hood

this guy has a 64 ford it has long headers cast
it is a 4 speed its black . white int xl he said
it no longer had a 427 in it it has a 66 428 i looked
it does use the flywheel with a balance cast in
he priced it to me for 8500 not shure i wont it
it has no rust and the trunk is clean lower back
glass has no rust around it .the 5 digt on vin is a Q
is this a good price
