T-10 tranny??

Hello again. I am in the process of trying to put together a `67 sportroof. Nuttin fancy, but with a 390 of course. I just picked up a tranny that I was told would work in this application. The only numbers on it I could find are T10 H-1, W.G. DIV, W-1-K8, and on the side cover T10-148B. It looks like a Ford tranny, kinda, only there are no ford casting numbers on it anywhere. Will this work for what I am trying to do? Also, whats a decent price for this kinda tranny?
