and are for use with a different piston weight than a 1UB. i can't answer the original question but did want to respond so if somebody read the last response they would not be missinformed. all 428 cranks are also made out of the same materials. the wide variety of 428 cranks are all caused by piston and rod weight differences.hawkrod
