302-4V with Thermactor emissions in 1968 standard transmission Mustang / Cougar / Fairlane/ Comet or 69/70 Meteor with 302/2V standard transmission (Canadian built). With a date of 8K9 (1968, October 9th) I would say it is for the Canadian Meteor.
