Ford Springs will have a rating based on the force to achieve a certain compressed height and can be checked with a simple guage....A machine shop should check one free for you. If you can't find specs, ask here....I might even have them around somewhere. Anyway, even if they arn't stock, if the check falls in the same spec, you're OK. Actually, buy some end support stands and don't worry about it too much. If they (the rockers) havn't broken by now, they're probably allright.
