most knowledgeable old timers I've found, but I've also found that my intake uses small base rochesters with a 3 1/4 x 1 7/8 pattern as opposed to large with a 3 3/4 by 2. the guy at vintagespeed.com says they made both intakes and even 1 where center was large and outsides small. I just figured Shoe or Mike Mcq would have known someone that actually used this intake before.
