spark plug ? and observation on original wires
By dennie - 07/17/2003 4:22:45 PM; IP 56.0.96.17
I changed plugs today and used autolite 45's nobody had motorcraft bsf42c like old ones. Anyways I thought i had read about gap on here to set it wide, I set mine a tight 50, now after reading I think maybe 40 or 45 would have been better, I do have pertronix installed and it ran great to work, had a slight miss before. Am I too wide?

Also does anyone know what original 67 plug wires look like, mine are black autolite radio suppression and are numbered to cylinder in yellow, friend that traded his concourse 641/2 conv k code for a 68 gt500, says they look original to him, doesn't matter to me just neat to think it still runs like a raped ape on 36 year old wires.
