I'm considering purchasing a 1968 Ford pickup with a 428cj engine. Can anyone tell me how many mpg I can expect to get from this vehicle? Also, what is the true horsepower rating for this engine? And lastly, is the rear end on this Ford truck hefty enough to handle the torque from a 428cj? Thanks in advance for any help or advice you can give.
