c-6 transmission shift points

I once saw a Ford tech service bulletin on drilling out the governor weight to raise shift points.
Does anyone have info on this and how many grams to drill out to raise the shift points from say 4600 to 5200? 5600? 6000?
(I am aware of the vacuum modulator but that is worth 100-200 rpm at the most)
