I didn't realize you were talking about a completet car. With the engine in the car it will be impossible to see the oil galleys and the oil relief valve. Both heads are probably 64 352-390 heads sounds like they are both C4AE-6090-G heads the one just has poor casting and is hard to read.See if you can take another look at the casting #s on the block.the one should be C4AE-6015-? instead of 6013,and if the other is 3J1 instead of 5J1 that would make more sense meaning it was cast in sept.63 which would be a 64 model year block.5J1 would be sept.65 making it a 66 model year block.Regardless of the casting #s with the incorrect parts already identified unless the seller would agree to a teardown to verify it is really a 427 I would price it assuming the engine is a 390 with a dual quad intake. Also take a close look at the car itself, there are a lot of things peculiar to a 427 car.Check to make sure the VIN on the door tag matches the VIN on the cowl tag and has R as the 5th digit, also it should be a 4 speed car with no A/C PS or PB and the brake line that crosses the engine compartment should be clamped to the frontmost frame crossmember just behind the core support and not to the tubular crossmember that crosses under the oilpan of the engine as do the non high performance Galaxies and the cable that goes from the solenoid to the starter should be clamped to the pass. side inner fender and firewall instead of alongside the block as on non highperf cars. The starter cable could easily have been rerouted over the years but if the brake line crosses under the engine then the car has seen serious rebuilding such as a replacement frame or is an out and out fake.
