RE: 390 dual quad- Crane cam?

They are non-adjustable rockers. I'm not sure of the gears. It's a factory (9 inch?) rear end.
I am considering a crane cam I saw on summit's, it's specs are:
duration at .050 - 216/216
lift; .533/.533
lobe sep.: 110*
This sounds like it's inbetween the edel. performer and the RPM.
Would anyone recommend this or anything else? Thanks
