Sounds like you should be all set. I just cringe
at the thought of possibly restricting too much oil to the rockers causing premature ware. This is why I am not going to run the .090"
restrictor, and another friend of mine doing a 428CJ motor is also not liking that much restriction, he figures maybe if one was running a full out race/drag only motor then run the restrictor. Also my thinking is if you go with less restriction & feel you need more it isn't to hard to change it and add more but it is kind of hard to find out that you had too much & have to relpace worn parts because of it. But this is just my opinion. Let me know what you decide. |
