| i never restrick oil flow to the heads. i feal ford has the proper size oiling pasages for them to begin with.i also use a hv melling pump on my rebilds.pluging the oil to the lifters i feal is ok for solids and i have done this in the past ,the solid lifter blocks wernt even drilled to beginwith, i feal if the bearings and crank and cam bearings are all instaled corect the oiling of the fe is very uniform and restricters are a wast of time.my 2 cents |
