That's a fair price and yes they'll fit in your '64 390 with 4 speed and power steering very well.

A very nice addition to your '64. The long 427 exhaust manifolds generally bring another $100-$200 beyond the $450 - that's for the '63/'64 long manifolds. The '65 and later are higher yet.
