Lincoln/BMW diesel

If he is really serious about this. Forget the powerstroke, I think that engine weighs almost 1000 lbs! Back in the 80's Lincoln offered a BMW straight 6 in the Mark VII. I think it was hooked up to Fords AOD transmission. If you can find one, that might work.
