You could give Perogi a call. They probably have one but you'll pay far more than you think it's worth.

It's really nothing more than a straight rod with a flat portion at the shifter that is secured to a sliding bolt to adjust the effective length and a bent part at the trans arm. Unless you're going for a show event, it would be pretty easy to make one out of 3/8" rod and a couple heim joints. Probably less than $20 for the whole thing. Just a suggestion so take it for what it's worth.
