Intake removal
By 64 Bolt - 02/28/2005 12:33:42 PM; IP 68.102.251.222
I got a basic question here, first time inside an FE. I am replacing gaskets on the intake manifold of the 390 in my truck. The pushrods go through it, do I have to pull the rocker assemblies off to remove the manifold? If so, what do I need to know before doing this? What do I need to know to reassemble? Do I have to set lash? What is the torque value? Sorry my FE engine manual is not here yet.
