390 Questions

I need help....I just got a 1973 F-350 from my father in law and it has a 390,a two barrel motorcraft 2100 carb,and an rv cam. The carb is new..not yet adjusted,and the timing is all wrong. I am all new school when it comes to cars(trucks) and I am looking for any info I can get to get this rig running tip top. Your help would be much appreciated. Thanks
