| I recently did my 390 motor with RPM heads, intake, demon carb, crane hyd.cam with 553/565 final lift FPA headers. THe combination produced 270 hp/320ft/lbs at the rear wheels on a mustang dyno. Just for a comparison a fellow with a 429 CJ balanced and blue printed put down 232hp and 260 ft/lbs. I am more than happy with my build up the only thing I am adding now is erson full roller rockers to free up a little more HP. |
