check with the info giacamo gave you,ask if the flywheel was replaced,i have had a cracked flywheel,vibrate and was noisy,the other rare prob was that the engine was over reveeded,and the torque converter got out of shape,i still would like to know high it was run!! if the converter was replaced,i think there ar not to be any balance weights on it,maybe giacamo,hawkrod,or mr F can lead you the right way
