428cj flexplate questions???

Hello, Im in the process of buying a 69 cobra. The eng. was just rebuilt and the car has vibration at idle. Im told the the machine shop incorrectly put a new 390 fly wheel in the car at the time of rebuild. Would this be the problem? Could it be something more costly? Where can i find a flexplate? Also the breather on the car is missing. Did the 428cj share this with any others? Like 302 boss, 390???
