When this does happen, no power anywhere in the car, headloghts, door lights, batt/oil lights, dash, etc... It has only happened 2 times since I bought it 3 weeks ago. The last time it fixed itself right when I was troubleshooting (I use that word loosely since I have no clue where to start). I will try to jump solenoid the next time. The previous owner did mention having some trouble with the fuse box. I moved wires and tapped the fusebox, no flickering. I purchased a 12V tester and continuity tester.
