OOps, Obviously not the N/S switch if all power is out. Gotta hate intermittent electrical problems. I found a bad ground cable by using booster cables to link the" - " terminal to a good ground on the block. If ground is good, then yeah, track you power from your battery to the fusebox. Bet you got a corroded wiring harness somewhere.
