| Just sort of curious what you guys think of high volume vs high pressure. Im rebuilding a 428cj for my 67 scode xr7. I was planning to use the high volume pump. I also have a 390 2v in a 120000 mi wagon that im planning to put a high volume pump in-mainly because im not planning to putting bearings in lying on my back in the driveway. Also does anyone know did ford use a nylon timng gear in 67? the car does not burn or use any oil what so ever and is clean as a whistle inside. Im quessing that theres a nylon gear and the peices are plugging the pickup screen. And i can tell that the timings slipped a little again. Scott. |
