Disc brakes By T1M - 09/04/2000 2:39:02 PM; IP 198.40.30.200 I dont' want to fill up an engine-based message board with a post about disc brakes. But I was curious if it would be more practical to refurbish an old disc brake assembly off another galaxie or full size ford and use it rather than buy a brand new disc conversion kit( very expensive) from an aftermarket company like Master Power Brakes ( mpbrakes.com). I have a 68' Galaxie with a 390 2-V. Can someone give me advice or a url to a site that talks about disc brake conversions for 68' Galaxie in depth? Thanks
