Door Tag 03A means the body was scheduled to start down the line on January 3, 1966.

5M8 = 1965, December 8th casting date
5M14 = 1965, December 14
5M29 = 1965, December 29

C6ME-A was one of the block castings commonly used for FE's during 1966 - 71 model years.

C6AE-R was one of the head castings commonly used in 1966 - 67 for all FE's.

It all sounds like the parts are the original ones for your car.
