what carb is this???

it is a 2 bbl with "8A BA" stamped on the drivers side. the motor is a 66 390. also, it has a hose coming off the pcv going into the manifold in 2 places. inbetween is some sort of filter. it is silver with a scren in the bottom. what is it? thanks again.
