| i came across a '60's? engine in a '55 ford pickup and am wondering how i can id the engine, figure out the year, size, etc. where are the casting numbers/date codes on block/heads, and how to interpret: internet/book? hear from unreliable source that it was a 60's 390 or 391 merc couger eng w/merc front subframe. |
