Have you had any experience with filling the block because the wall thickness was too thin? What I mean by filling the block is using some type of stuff that is made for the purpose of making the block more solid - drag racers use the stuff mainly I would guess.

The reason I ask is a friend (really) used some of this stuff in his 428 in an ERA Cobra and he can idle all day but the car will run over 205 to 210 as soon as he goes up an incline.

The guy is pretty sharp technically and the motor was carefully built but I have my doubts about using that stuff on the street - especially with a high performance engine.
