Ford ousted Shelby as contractor in 68?69?

By I said it again - 10/10/2000 2:43:23 PM; IP 216.240.208.32

because he just couldn't produce a quality product then. He still can't. Just because others CAN, he gets all bent out of shape. Hasn't he ever heard of capitalism and quality; does he think he is owed allegiance because he deigns to put his name on a product?

Oh, about the $10K FI setup. Kinsler did mine for under $3K...aluminum tunnel ram manifold, injectors, throttle bodies, linkage, TPS, IAC and all.

More overpriced crap coming it sounds like.

And what about the products Shelby promises but never delivers? The DOHC FE heads; the dry sump system; and now we can all turn blue waiting for his overpriced FI.

I have heard some wild things about Pro-Stock Paul of Prostock Engineering, but I'm starting to think Shelby is even wilder/wierder.
