I was wondering if anyone here has had a problem with service from Cam Research/MPG Head Service? I am not writing this post to bash this company, but I have had my intelligence insulted and haven't been treated the way a customer should be, too many times. I have purchased parts from and talked with Scott Main numorus times, and many times I have found that he doesn't give me strait answers or good advise and a couple times just blatantly lied to me. Best Tech Line in the business?--I think NOT! He has also sent me bottom line parts when I payed for quality ones.
I just feel I have been taken advantage of. I have spent over a few thousand dollars with this company and referred several people who have made purchases also. I just don't understand why he wouldn't hold true to his word. I think he has some great ideas and products, but I have to take my business elsewhere.
Please let me know your opinion of Cam Research/MPG Head Service. I sure hope the experience I had isn't farmiliar to anyone else.
