I respect the man too, and love the cars that bares his name and only dream of a real 66 AC cobra 427. Any car nut respects the power of that car, or any car with the 427. Lets face it Race cars had no warranty, I don't think you can say it wasn't a quality product. No other manufacture offered a R car with a warranty that I can remember. AS for the Shelby Mustangs they were great also. I seen 67 and 68s GT500 with 427s, was these cars factory installed or did someone swap out the 428s? As far as the new old cobra's. I think they will sell on the name alone. I too am scheptical if he can sell them as 65 models. But, I don't know the kit car laws.
