About a decade ago I dealt with a place called Precision Balancing & Engineering. The owners name is Ed. He definitely knows FE.
I can't locate his business card just now but I do recall he was on Yankee Divison Road in Bedford. Not to far from 128. Worth a try but after this many years he may have retired. If you can find a phone number I remember having to call after 11pm because he worked wierd hours.
