Well fully restored I would say that it would be worth around $9,000. I am currently restoring a 1966 Galaxie 500 Convertible with an X-Code 352 4V with C6AE-R heads and I have ran into simailer problems getting parts. I know of some very good parts sypliers if you need and parts.
