If I had it to do over again, I'd probably go with the FPP assembly. I have the Shelby parts, and they are very nice, but I think the FPP's are cheaper.

The Dove assembly is $690. You can buy parts seperately, but I'm not sure that I would. Maybe it'd be okay if you bought the parts and took them to a machine shop to make sure everything fit. For the record, the prices are as follows from Dove:

Chrome Moly shafts (2) - $145
End Stand Kit - $160
Center Stand - $15 each
Spacers (6) - $30
Stud Kit - $45 (I bought these direct from ARP)
Head Bolt Kit - $40 (I think these are required for end stands)
