Thats what I have thought since I started subscribing to Mustangs and Fords about 3 years ago. That guy used to write for PHR didn't he? If not he needs to knock on their door, because he sucks, just like PHR. I have noticed several errors in print by him and that Wayne Cook guy. Both of them have trouble with even years and models. I wrote a letter to the mag last month, guess I pissed them off, because I didn't even get an automated response, hehe. Oh well, I've said it all along, I would like to hook up with John Paradise, and his former group of writers, because they've probably forgotten more about Fords and their history than Jim Smart, John Craft, and Wayne Cook will ever learn. Not a personal attack on Jim/John or Wayne, but they do need to do a little more research before they put something in print. By the way, how many of us will be building a NASCAR or roadrace 429 that need such sustained, high g-force, high rpm oiling mods as a dry sump? As far as I'm concerned, Jim Smart is just one more nial in EMAP's coffin, because when my subscriptions run out, I will not be renewing any of them. That's about 4 mags down the toilet. From what I gather, I'm not the only one who's disenchanted with the EMAP way......... |
