Dave, I just yanked my 390 that has these heads and I have a quick question. What is the biggest valve I can put in these heads? Looks to me like the answer is 2.09/1.56. Could you clue this newby in please? I will be running a 390 .040 over, (sand pit in #3 hole) I've purchased a 211/223 484/510 lift compcams with Edelbrock RPM, 735 Holley, Tri-Y headers, 3.70 gears. I'm think'n bigger is better here in the valve department. Thoughts, suggestions, experience, insights, will all be greatly appreciated.
